Divisional PA / Secretary

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a proven track record working as a Divisional Secretary / PA.  The successful applicant should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent organisational skill.  They should be competent at minute taking and be able to work as part of the WCSH Divisional Management Office Team, providing support to a number of senior managers and Matrons.

This role will involve co-ordinating the administration of the governance team of the Division which will involve organising and minuting local resolution meetings with patients, co-ordinating complaint responses and assist in the management of Divisional guidelines and policies.  This post-holder will be able to co-ordinate and managing key administrative functions and other general administrative and clerical duties within the Division.  This role will also include organising and taking minutes for key Divisional and Sub-Speciality meetings and working closely with other secretarial colleagues within the division and liaising with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams.  The post-holder will be expected to use their initiative and work flexibly.

This is a part-time post working 22.5 hours per week.
