At Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust NHS Trust we understand that our staff are our most valuable asset. We have embarked upon an exciting journey to develop our services. As an ambitious organisation we are continuously looking for ways to enhance and improve the services we offer to our local populations to meet the needs of patients.

Our Patient Friends and Family Test score is testament to our delivery of high quality care. Our welcoming culture and exciting journey ahead will provide fantastic opportunities for our current and future staff within our developing services

Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust are looking for enthusiastic qualified nurses (or students who qualify this year) to join the RCHT family. If you are a newly qualified nurse or a registered nurse who fancies a change then please come along to our open evening and consider becoming part of our family caring for yours.

We will be offering a ‘One stop shop’ for recruitment where you can be assessed in our assessment centre and be interviewed. The event will include stands on RCHT specialties, information on job opportunities and career development, and tours of the Trust facilities.

The Trust delivers services across the following sites:
• Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro
• West Cornwall Hospital, Penzance
• St Michaels Hospital, Hayle

We currently have a range of vacancies.
