We are looking for a cheerful, conscientious and adaptable person to work in this extremely busy clinical area.

Applicants should have excellent PC and communication skills; be self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic.  Common sense, a willingness to learn and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential attributes applicants will require for this post.

This is a very busy area where you will have a close working relationship with the urology nursing team and Consultants.  You will be working alongside and supporting the Urology Clinic Booking Co-ordinator.

You will need to be able to work in a logical and methodical way but be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions.

You should have good keyboard skills and previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage. You will be required to have a good level of education and have experience in Administration and Clerical duties with good customer care skills. The successful post holder will be expected to cover the Urology Booking Co-ordinator during periods of absence.  Full training will be given on IT systems.

The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly in order to meet the changing needs of service.

This is a full-time post working 37.5 hours per week 8.30 am to 4.30 pm Monday-Friday.

Proposed interview date: 29th October 2018
