Do you have skills and experience as an Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Speech and Language Therapy or Dietetic Support Worker? 

These posts present an exciting opportunity to work in the Acute Therapy Team, delivering services to patients in the Emergency Department, Medical Admissions Unit and Clinical Decision Unit, and the associated Frailty and Eldercare units.

The post-holders will work closely with the therapists and nursing staff to assess and treat patients within agreed protocols, ensuring that each patient’s individual plan of care and therapy is met. 

There are various options to work either full time (37.5 hours) or part time. Post holders will be expected to complete the competencies frameworks associated with the post. 

We can offer you opportunities to engage in research, training, coaching and career development. We have links to the local higher education institutions, and have also developed local learning opportunities. The major route both in and out of the county is the A30 which connects with the M5 motorway at Exeter.  There is an excellent rail service with daily passenger and sleeper services and an airport at Newquay with daily and economical connections to many cities throughout the UK and abroad.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week.
