We're looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy team assisting with day-to-day administrative work. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and add value in a demanding environment. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely first line advice and support following Agenda for Change terms and conditions and Trust policies.
You might be looking to start your career in HR or looking for an administrative role that will offer you new challenges. Whatever your motivation, you must have demonstrable experience of working in a busy office in addition to effective interpersonal skills and strong communication.
You will be able to produce relevant, accurate and timely reports, working closely with the Employee Relations Team in order to enable HR to influence, challenge and support the achievement of business and people strategies within our large care Divisions.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast moving demanding environment.
This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week but there may be part-time opportunities available.
