Do you love working with information and detail? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Access Co-ordinator to join the Commissioning & Performance Directorate for 10 months, providing support to cover maternity leave.
You will, with your team colleagues, work flexibly supporting the clinical directorates in the day to day performance management of Referral to Treatment and other access targets, as well as providing advice and support to ensure the delivery of effective waiting list management. You will act as a point of reference for queries on the application of the Patient Access Policy as well as carrying out audits to monitor adherence to the Policy.
In addition you will provide administrative support to the commissioning team who manage the Trust’s service contracts, including provision of project management support and information analysis for the clinical directorates. This will be over a range of projects such as CQUINs as well as maintaining business as usual processes, such as demand, capacity and activity planning.
You will be self-motivated, adaptable, have excellent time management, good attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges. The work is varied, challenging and requiring a flexible approach, initiative and the ability to motivate and influence others. You must be comfortable with handling daya and information, and good Excel skills are a must.The Trust will provide a supportive work environment where shared and professional development is encouraged.
This is a full time, fixed term post, however applicants wishing to job-share or work flexibly can be considered.
