The Division is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated person who can offer excellent secretarial and administration skills to assist in the efficient delivery of the rheumatology service.
To be successful you will have excellent audio-typing, organisational and communication skills. Have a flexible and professional approach to the work and enjoy the variety of communicating with a wide range of people both internal and external to the Trust. This includes being the first point of contact for all forms of communication within the clinical team, ensuring the effective day to day running of the clinical practice and providing diary management and workload organisation for the Consultant and their team, and providing cover for colleagues as necessary.
This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week starting as soon as possible
