Divisional Secretary / PA

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual who has a proven track record working as a Secretary / PA.  The successful applicant should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate excellent organisational skill.  They should be competent at minute taking and be able to work as part of the WCSH Divisional Management Office Team providing support to a number of senior managers and Matrons.

The role will involve managing the electronic diaries of a number of senior managers and Matrons, co-ordinating and managing key administrative functions and other general administrative and clerical duties within the Division.  This role will also include organising and taking minutes for key divisional and sub-specialty meetings, working closely with other secretarial colleagues within the division and liaising with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams.  The post-holder will be expected to use their initiative and work flexibly.

This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week but there may be part-time opportunities available.
