Clinical and Business System Support Assistant

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Clinical and Business Support Assistant to join our friendly Application Support Team within the Cornwall IT Services Systems Support Team.  The team supports in excess of 12,000 clinical and non-clinical staff within the Cornwall Healthcare Community in the use of operational computer systems.

The post-holder will be a team player with excellent telephone, communication and customer care skills and to be able to communicate with all levels of staff within the Cornwall Healthcare Community. The ability to remain calm in an extremely busy environment is essential.  The post-holder will be flexible, organised and dynamic as well as show an eagerness to learn all aspects of supporting clinical and business systems – accuracy is essential together with the ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but there may be part-time opportunities available.
